Your Tasks:

• Harmonization, standardization and digitalization of existing processes 

• Entering, updating and maintaining data in SAP systems

• Customizing processes in our HCM tool Workday

• Supporting the optimization of processes in the area of data entry

• Ensuring data quality and carrying out plausibility checks

• Collaborating with various specialist departments to coordinate data requirements and processing

• Support with administrative tasks

Your Profile:

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant degree program (e.g. economics, computer science, business administration or similar)

• Initial experience with SAP an advantage, but not a must

• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel)

• Affinity for processes and technology

• Careful and structured way of working

• Ability to work in a team, reliability and initiative

• Good knowledge of German and English
