In our trainee program, you will gain extensive first-hand insights into various cross-functional areas within the Market Face.
For over 50 years, we have been creating digital solutions in the real estate sector across Europe and, as a leading provider of SaaS solutions, we support our clients with expert consultancy. To develop innovative solutions, we need YOU starting in April 2025.

What You Can Expect:
Comprehensive on-the-job training to develop your inside sales skills and gain insights into our modern SaaS and ERP solutions
Step-by-step familiarization with the entire inside sales process – from lead generation and needs analysis to customer support
Independent participation in exciting projects and initial responsibility for inside sales tasks
Supporting the acquisition of new clients as well as maintaining and developing existing customer relationships
Preparing and assisting in client meetings, including creating presentations
Collaborating with internal teams such as Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Consulting
Utilizing and maintaining our CRM system to manage customer data and optimize inside sales processes
Mentoring & buddy program to support your personal and professional development
A guaranteed permanent position after successfully completing the trainee program, fair compensation, and additional benefits
What You Should Bring:
A completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field OR a completed commercial apprenticeship
Initial experience in inside sales, customer contact, or business development through internships or student jobs is a plus
Affinity for digital solutions and interest in innovative technologies
Passion for inside sales and building long-term customer relationships
Strong communication and enthusiasm to engage clients with our solutions
A structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
Willingness to travel
Very good German and English skills
