Our trainee program offers you a comprehensive first insight into various cross-functional areas within the Market Face.
For over 65 years, we have been developing digital solutions in the real estate sector across Europe and, as a leading provider of SaaS solutions, we advise our customers. To create innovative solutions, we need YOU starting in April 2025!
Become part of our trainee program and take advantage of this unique opportunity to gain a significant boost in experience and knowledge as you begin your career. After successfully completing the program, you will continue with exciting tasks in one of three areas (Sales, Customer Success, Development) with a permanent employment contract.
What to Expect:
Get to know the full range of tasks across our three areas at our subsidiary wohnungshelden (Sales, Customer Success, Development), along with related fields, through on-the-job training to develop the necessary skills and knowledge
Work on exciting projects where you will quickly take on responsibility for your own tasks
Support in lead generation, preparing presentations, and accompanying customer meetings
Assist in building and maintaining customer relationships
Comprehensive introduction to our company's work processes and technologies
A collaborative work environment with a flat hierarchy and a first-name culture when interacting with experts and managers

What You Should Bring:
A completed vocational training in Digitalization Management or Real Estate, or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Experience through internships, student jobs, or initial professional experience
Basic knowledge of SAP is desirable
Affinity for digitalization and the real estate industry
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Openness to diversity, inclusion, and intercultural collaboration
A curious and proactive mindset, with enthusiasm for shaping an agile and modern work environment together with us
Excellent German and English language skills
