We work with the best car brands in the world and are backed by leading global investors.Your RoleAs a Business Development Intern to the CGO, you will work directly with our Chief Growth Officer, Jan Hansen, as well as FINN’s growth leadership team and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring our CGO operates efficiently by supporting both day-to-day business operations and key strategic projects.This role is ideal for someone with initial experience in fast-paced, high-performance environments who is eager to gain deeper insights and drive meaningful impact. In this position, you will gain hands-on experience in steering a 100m+ annual revenue demand generation organization.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage and drive your own projects: At FINN, you will have responsibility from day one. With a strong focus on performance management, your work will have a direct and critical impact on our company's success.
- Support the business: Spar directly with our CGO and support strategic topics, current challenges and future projects to continue to drive FINN’s growth journey that took us to over 150m ARR in less than 4 years.
- Ensure smooth department operations: Support the Growth department’s internal processes, including organizing recurring leadership meetings and department-wide all-hands sessions.
- Challenge the status quo: Critically analyze and optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency, helping us build a world-class, data-driven organization that runs seamlessly.
- Drive performance improvements: Collaborate closely with management and data teams to identify key performance levers and implement actionable recommendations.
Your Profile
- You are pursuing a degree in business administration, finance, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field, with a strong academic track record and outstanding achievements.
- Previous experience in consulting, startups or another fast-paced environment.
- Ability to respond to changing priorities in an evolving business environment and to coordinate multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with new, creative approaches on how to overcome challenges.
- Experienced in working with data, highly analytical and comfortable around numbers.
- Strong command of office tools (slides, spreadsheets, docs) with an eye for detail and appealing design.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
