- Unterstützung beim monatlichen Reporting im Bereich People & Culture: Sie bereiten Daten auf, analysieren Kennzahlen und stellen die Ergebnisse übersichtlich dar.
- Erstellung von Statistiken und Präsentationen: Sie arbeiten mit Excel und PowerPoint, um aussagekräftige Berichte und Visualisierungen zu erstellen.
- Mitarbeit in Projekten innerhalb von People & Culture: Ob Prozessoptimierung, digitale Transformation oder strategische Analysen Sie bringen Ihre Ideen und analytischen Fähigkeiten ein
Your profile
- Sie sind aktuell in einem Studium der Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder einem vergleichbaren Fach eingeschrieben.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie erste Erfahrungen im HR- oder Controllingbereich mit sei es durch eine Ausbildung, Praktika oder relevante Studieninhalte.
- Der Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel (z. B. Pivot-Tabellen, Formeln) und PowerPoint, fällt Ihnen leicht.
- Erste Berührungspunkte mit Reporting- oder ERP-Tools wie SAP sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und erfassen komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und eine strukturierte sowie zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus.
