We are seeking you to become part of a dedicated production team and look forward to a steep learning curve during interesting work assignments.
What to expect:
- An individual practical and development program for a period of 12 months;
- Several interesting work assignments in the core production areas - and thus a comprehensive understanding of processes as preparation for a future position as an operating engineer;
- Challenging technical project tasks in close cooperation with the responsible departments and experts focusing on analysis, optimization and sustainable implementation;
- The possibility of being taken on after successful completion of the trainee period.
What you bring along:
- A successfully completed STEM degree (mechanical engineering, process engineering, materials science or comparable);
- Initial practical experience in a manufacturing company, e.g. from internships or working student activities;
- Flexibility with regards to changing work areas and contact persons;
- Very good English language skills for exchanges in an international corporate environment;
- Additional skills in project management (SixSigma) or the area of digitalization would inspire us;
- Independent organization and empathic communication in a team complete your profile.
