- Support der HR Business Partnern Funktion (administrativ und strategisch)
- Aktive Mitgestaltung des HR Intranet Auftritts in SharePoint und Erstellung von Präsentationen und Kommunikationsvorlagen zu verschiedenen HR-Initiativen
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung des Mitarbeitergesprächs- und Schulungsprozesses inkl. Digitalisierung
- Support im Bereich Personalcontrolling und -reporting
- Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Steuerung der jährlichen Konzernumfrage zur Mitarbeiter:innenzufriedenheit (PulseCheck) inkl. Follow Up Prozess
- Mitarbeit bei Aufgaben, die HR-seitig im Rahmen des Aufbaus eines neuen Werkes anfallen (z. B. Recruiting-, Trainings- und Vergütungskonzepte
Your profile
- Du bist Student (m/w/d) eines kaufmännischen Studienganges mit Parallelen zum Aufgabengebiet (z. B. BWL mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources, Wirtschaftspsychologie, u. a.)
- Du bringst erste Erfahrung im Bereich Human Resources mit und hast sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Dich zeichnet ein starker eigener innerer Antrieb für das Arbeiten an / die Umsetzung von Verbesserungen im Bereich Human Resources aus
- Du hast Freude an der Aufbereitung und Gestaltung von HR-relevanten Themen
- Du bringst eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit (Deutsch C1, Englisch B2) sowie eine eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und Prozessverständnis runden dein Profil ab
Optional kann der Werkstudententätigkeit auch ein Praktikum vorausgehen.
