At Picnic, we’re on a mission to revolutionize grocery shopping, and as a People Planner - Fulfilment, you’re at the heart of it all. You’ll craft optimized schedules for our Shoppers across multiple countries, ensuring they know exactly when they’re working. 

What you’ll do

• Create and publish weekly schedules for our international Shoppers, taking into account demand forecast, employee availability and scheduling guidelines
• Communicate to other departments and jointly develop creative solutions to capacity & planning challenges
• Maintain and run our tools and dashboards to keep the machine running

We’re looking for

• You have a Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, or a related field
• Ability to come twice a week to the Düsseldorf office
• You have strong organisational and problem-solving skills, the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing priorities. You have an eye for detail and outstanding analytical skills.
• You enjoy collaborating with people and have excellent communication skills to engage with colleagues and employees effectively.
• You are confident using Excel/Google Sheets to organise and visualise schedules and data.
• Familiarity with programming (e.g., AppScript, Python, or Javascript) is a bonus but not required
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German or French is a plus, as it helps connect with our diverse teams across countries.
