Job Description

Are you interested in innovation processes, eager to actively shape them, and contribute your own ideas? Do you want to explore which business and technology trends are shaping the future and develop decision-making frameworks for future innovation activities? Then we are looking for you as a dedicated Working Student  or Intern (m/f/d) to join our Global Innovation team.

The Global Innovation department manages the entire innovation process—from identifying relevant business and technology trends to defining focus areas and exploring and validating potential products and solutions.

Your tasks in our team:

• You conduct research and analysis on relevant business and technology trends in our market environment
• You perform ad-hoc research and analyses on potential innovation partners
• You create presentations and reports on research findings and prepare them in a clear and comprehensible manner
• You support innovation management in identifying and prioritizing trends in collaboration with key stakeholders from various departments
• You assist innovation management in the strategic planning of innovation activities and the definition of strategic focus areas

Qualifications

• You are in an advanced Bachelor’s or early Master’s program in natural sciences, engineering or business studies
• You have an interest in innovation processes and technology trends
• You have proficient MS Office skills
• You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics and working methods
• You are a team player with strong communication skills and stand out for your structured and independent way of working
• You have fluent language skills in German and English, both written and spoken
