YOUR TASK

• We offer you a 24-month trainee program and a permanent employment contract
• You will get to know many different areas of the company, such as Key Account Management, Marketing, and Product management
• You will gain specialist knowledge and extensive expertise and extensive knowledge about PAYBACK, Loyalty Programs, and CRM
• You will take on specialist and project responsibilities from day one
• To further enhance your strengths, you will receive constructive feedback from your colleagues
• You will work with other trainees on exciting and forward-thinking trainee projects 
• You will receive individual supervision and have the opportunity to network within the entire PAYBACK GROUP.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have an above-average degree in business administration, (business) informatics, management, communications or a comparable field of study
• You have professional experience in the form of internships or training – ideally in Key Account Management or Marketing
• You possess a strong understanding of numbers as well as excellent analytical and conceptual skills. 
• You are ambitious and want to drive digitization with your first-mover approach
• You work independently and are at the same time a dedicated team player.
• You have very good German and English language skills
