Jetzt bewerbenStellenbeschreibung
This immunological and translational project will be conducted in collaboration with academic partners within the Collaboratve Research Centre 1700 funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft.
Our project aims at elucidating the pathogenesis of autoimmune liver diseases in order to develop specific therapies for these conditions. The focus is on the interactions between T cells and tissue cells that drive disease pathogenesis. In a translational approach, we will use preclinical models and clinical specimens and data to develop and validate novel treatments.
Advanced immunological, cell and molecular biological methods and bioinformatics will be used to address autoimmune pathogenesis in vitro and in vivo to promote clinical translation of novel treatments. Essential methods are flow cytometry, single-cell studies, R-based data analysis, tissue studies with spatial and multiplex techniques and a preclinical model.
