Norderstedt: Working Student (f/m/x) Project Management for cross-functional compliance project

Your responsibilities

• Supporting a multi-disciplinary IT compliance project to implement controls and changes.
• The tasks are the following:
  • Coordinate project related tasks with the project management team
  • Requesting, collecting and consolidating project-relevant information 
  • Preparation of project related meetings including documentation and follow-up
  • Creation of PowerPoint presentations according to briefing
  • Creation of project-related communication

Your profile

• You are properly matriculated at a university in Germany 
• Organisational skills are essential
• You follow an pragmatic, problem-solving and deadline-oriented approach
• You have a strong commitment and self-motivation as well as an independent working style
• You bring a highly analytical and structured thinking
• Strong English written and verbal communications are essential
• You should be available for approx. 15 hours per week
