Join our team as a Working Student in Project Management Support, where you will assist the Test Facilities Lead in setting up facility, logistics, and data environments for the EMEA Engineering organization. This role focuses on supporting documentation, refining processes, and helping to manage software applications essential for smooth engineering operations. It’s an ideal opportunity for a student who is detail-oriented and eager to learn about the interdependencies of complex systems in a dynamic engineering environment.
What You’ll Do- Assist with Requirements Gathering: Support various stakeholders by collecting and organizing information to help develop concepts for data environments and processes.
- Support Project Development: Contribute to cost-efficient build-up and enhancement of engineering capabilities over time.
- Collaborate on IT Solutions: Work alongside the software development team to assist in creating practical IT solutions.
- Provide General Team Support: Offer assistance on a range of projects and topics within the Vehicle Engineering team.
- Documentation: Help with initial and ongoing documentation tasks, including EHS, equipment manuals, and process guidelines.
- Current Enrollment: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT, Information Management, Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to keep tasks well-organized.
- Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to interact confidently with team members and leadership.
- Collaborative Mindset: Ready to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of data structures; familiarity with Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint) is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English in speech and writing.
