München: Werkstudent (m/w/d) TGS Network Procurement

Location: Ismaning (Munich Area)

TGS is a Global Procurement team that supports Telefonica Operation in Europe and Latin- America. This includes the global responsibilities in all procurement opportunities. We are looking for a creative and proactive working-student who wants to get experience in the procurement industry and it is willing to learn a lot about network deployments.

Your job

Support the Network Procurement Team with the different negotiation processes: Analysing offers and making summaries of the different scenarios, interact with the different operational units to get all the information that is needed, including the questions and answers from the vendors.

Generating information Dashboard, insights information from Data analysis and automate our evaluation capabilities.

Following the different awarded processes, preparing reports and power points with the relevant information.

Medium to advanced MS Excel knowledge

Advanced English and Spanish level

Ideally: Knowledge of Telecommunication networks. Experience with data pre-processing techniques and reporting systems.
