We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied working student occupation in the area of Global Product Management within BMW Financial Services. The Product Management Department is responsible for leading product management initiatives and steering product governance globally.

What awaits you?

• In this position, you support the team in ongoing projects and business activities.
• You assist the BMW Financial Services product team in optimizing current products and services and in developing innovative offerings, always with a customer-centric approach.
• Your involvement spans the processes from idea generation, product definition, piloting, and testing to the roll-out, implementation, and launch of new products and services.
• You inform and align with stakeholders in headquarters and markets.
• Actively facilitating and supporting best practice sharing across markets and departments occurs through workshops and training sessions.
• You research new offering trends regarding customer demands and competitor analysis.
• Preparing management and sales support presentations rounds out your responsibilities.

What should you bring along?

• Enrolled in Bachelor/Master’s study (second half of the program) in the field of Business Administration or similar.
• Affinity with the automotive industry.
• First practical experience in the automotive or financial sector would be considered a plus.
• Business German and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint.
• Attention to details, analytical thinking as well as teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to integrate well into a multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary team.
