Your responsibilities

• Sie unterstützen das Sales Team und das Produktmanagement bei allen (Kunden-)Vertragsrelevanten Themen, der neu gegründeten Operating Unit NXTGEN.
• Die Aufgaben umfassen Recherchen, Initiale Vertragskommentierung und die Einarbeitung von rechtlichen Kommentaren unserer Rechtsabteilung.
• Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie adhoc Aufgaben, z.B. die Aufarbeitung und Erstellung von Präsentationen und Kundenterminen des Geschäftsbereiches.

Your profile

• Sie sind StudentIn der Rechtswissenschaften in vorangeschrittenen Studiumsverlauf (mind. 4. Fachsemester).
• Idealerweise haben Sie erste Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht (Allg. Zivilrecht)-, Maritimen Wirtschaftsrecht (Seerecht), Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht sowie Umweltrecht sowie die Fähigkeit sich in kürzester Zeit in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
• Sie sind anwendungssicher in den Microsoft-Office-Programmen, insbesondere Word, PowerPoint und Excel.
• Sie sind kommunikativ und begreifen komplexe Sachverhalte schnell.
• Sie sind ein Teamplayer und arbeiten zuverlässig, strukturiert und verantwortungsbewusst.
• Ein hoher Selbstanspruch, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität runden Ihr Profil ab.
