Join our trainee program in June 2025 and seize the unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and a knowledge boost at the start of your career as an IT-Tech Trainee. After completing the program, you’ll transition directly into your designated home base – which we’ll define together during our first introductory meeting. What you can expect:

• Training in modern Linux and container technologies with guidance from our experienced IT teams

• Building, operating, and optimizing Kubernetes clusters and container platforms in cloud environments

• Working on IT projects focused on automation, orchestration, and scaling of IT infrastructures

• Gaining initial experience with public cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure) and exploring modern cloud architectures

What you should bring:

• A completed vocational training, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a similar field

• Passion for Linux systems, container technologies, and public cloud – career changers are also welcome!

• Fluent German and English skills as well as an open-minded attitude

• Openness to diversity, inclusion, and intercultural collaboration

• Technical understanding and interest in current IT trends, along with the willingness to learn and dive into new topics

• Ideally, first experience with Linux servers, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, or cloud technologies

• Initiative, motivation, and determination, with a desire to step out of your comfort zone and embrace new challenges
