Job Description
- From day one, you will support the further development of the purchasing organisation with a view to the strategic and future direction of an international logistics purchasing department.
- You will create transport and cost analyses, support our digitalisation strategy and work on the development of automated purchasing processes.
- Furthermore, you will also take responsibility for projects relating to purchasing processes, purchasing controlling and the development of process standards.
- You will use your knowledge to improve and adapt existing processes or present new developments of internal standards.
- Last but not least, you will also be a key team player in strategic internal and external projects, supporting our global and regional buyers in Europe, North and Latin America, Asia and India.
Qualifications
- Education: studies in the field of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Development with a specific focus on Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: competent handling of MS Office (Excel, Word und Power Point), experience with PowerBI or comparable IT solutions would be a plus
- Personality and Working Practice: an independent, conscientious, communicative and flexible individual, who has a structured way of working
- Languages: very good in English, basic in German is a plus

Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
