Berlin: Finance Intern - (Regulatory Reporting)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As part of the Finance Department, the Regulatory Reporting team ensures that Trade Republic has the liquidity and capital required to contribute to a healthy financial system.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the creation and submission of regulatory reports to the Bundesbank and the central banks responsible for our branches

• Contributing to data quality improvements by performing quality assurance checks

• Assisting in the maintenance of regulatory reporting software — an exciting project where you'll support data analysis, requirement analysis, and software testing throughout the full cycle

• Writing process descriptions and manuals for workstreams

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Interest in banking and investment firm regulation

• Passion for financial markets and helping to close the pension gap

• Strong familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL is a big plus

• You are available for at least 6 months and currently pursuing or already completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on Business Administration, Economics, Law, or IT

• Proficient in English; German skills are a strong advantage
