Hamburg: Trainee Social Strategy (d/f/m)

Position Jung von Matt is looking for a Trainee Social Strategy (d/f/m).
The tasks:

• Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Analyze social media trends and data to provide actionable insights for social media campaigns and content formats.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure cohesive and compelling storytelling across digital platforms.
• Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns, suggesting improvements where necessary.
• Assist in the creation of presentations and pitches for new business opportunities.

• You bring strong analytical thinking and a deep understanding of people, social media platforms, and brands.
• You're passionate about TikTok, Instagram, and the like, with a solid grasp of how social networks operate and their evolving trends.
• You’re always curious about the needs of target audiences and the topics of tomorrow, staying ahead of the curve at all times.
• You're driven by the unconditional will to learn from the best. And that for at least 12 months.
