Responsibilities:
Manage and process all incoming contact requests and leads in Salesforce
Identify and prioritize high-potential leads
Conduct targeted industry research within academia using tools such as Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, and company websites
Enrich and maintain data sets with relevant and accurate information
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing events and campaigns
Requirements:
Strong affinity for data and numbers, with excellent analytical thinking skills
Fast learner with a solid understanding of operational workflows
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; Salesforce experience is a plus
Enjoys working collaboratively within a motivated and ambitious team
Able to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
