We offer you the chance to gain valuable experience in an international corporation and to develop your professional and personal skills.In this position, you will support our team and department management primarily in Strategic Management with responsible tasks such as the preparation and follow-up of management meetings and the creation of KPI slides using internal dashboards. You will also assist in the creation, maintenance, and automation of these dashboards. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on innovative projects in the IT context, together with our business partners, neighboring departments, and external partners. Your tasks:
Creation of Presentations
- Develop strategic slides for management that clearly communicate our vision and goals
- Create technical presentations on specialized topics that present complex content in an understandable and engaging manner
Management Meetings
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of management meetings to ensure all relevant information is available and documented
- Actively participate in management meetings and contribute your ideas and perspectives
- You are an enrolled student in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Communication, or a relevant field of study
- You possess strong analytical skills and have an affinity for technical topics
- You are communicative and enjoy working in a team. You speak fluent German and English
- Ideally, you have experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
