Your Challenge
The customs department of ADM Wild Europe GmbH deals with a wide range of tasks. We are responsible for and design customs processes for our goods flows and manage customs and foreign trade. Our work is characterized by close collaboration with other departments such as procurement, trade control, and regional and local supply chain colleagues at our sites. As a working student, you will gain comprehensive insights into this area of an internationally operating company.
As a working student in the compliance department, you will support our team with all ongoing tasks, working approximately 20 hours per week.
What would be your key responsibilities
You will contribute to the design and development of new customs processes and the optimization of existing ones.
You will support our specialists, particularly in the areas of preference management and HS-code classification.
You will assist our employees in ensuring that customs-related processes are sufficiently documented.
You will be actively involved in ongoing projects, working on presentations and providing administrative support.
You will assist in coordinating and selecting customs brokers.
What will make you successful
You are studying business administration or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on logistics, supply chain, or foreign trade.
You are enthusiastic about an international working environment, and you are energetic, reliable, and open-minded.
You have a quick grasp of concepts, and you work independently and meticulously.
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
You are proficient in common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ideally, you have initial experience and knowledge in the area of customs and foreign trade.
