What you'll do

• Help us make Henkel the coolest place to work in Germany! Get involved in projects and initiatives that show off Henkel’s true colors – work on talent communication, social media, internal engagement, academic relations and DEI
• Dive into local projects and help us rock Instagram and TikTok with engaging content
• Help us keep our ratings awesome on Kununu and Glassdoor & engage with community
• Keep an eye on the latest trends, scope out what the competition is doing and hit us with fresh ideas in employer branding and DEI
• Jump in to support the team with daily tasks and surprise management requests
  

What makes you a good fit

• Student in business administration or a related field, ideally focusing on marketing, communication, design or HR
• First practical experience in employer branding, digital marketing or brand management
• Excellent German and English skills
• Advanced MS Office skills are required, as well as Adobe Creative Cloud or CapCut skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Teamplayer who isn't afraid to speak your mind and is always ready with fresh ideas

We offer you an attractive salary between 1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
