Your Responsibilities- Advance HR Excellence: Collaborate closely with the HR Sales and Strategy Director Europe and play a pivotal role in advancing current HR projects.
- Support Seamless Operations: Provide robust administrative support to the HR team across a variety of topics, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Facilitate Effective Communication: Ensure seamless and impactful communication within the HR team and across departments, enhancing connectivity.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the organization and execution of internal events, driving engagement and participation.
- Innovate and Inspire: Conduct research to bring innovative ideas to the forefront, supporting the evolution of HR strategies.
- Manage Administrative Tasks: Handle essential administrative responsibilities, such as KPI reporting, to maintain standards and track progress.
- All Considered?: You are a student in the field of economics, business administration, business psychology, or a related area.
- Communication Prodigy: You impress with excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Multilingual Mastery: You are fluent in English and German, enabling effective dialogue in an international setting.
- Independent Operator: You are proficient at working independently, taking full responsibility for your initiatives and driving projects forward.
- Experience Advantage: Ideally, you have international experience and preferably some work experience in a related field.
- Technical Skills: You possess very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Creative Visionary: You are characterized by your creativity and have an eye for appealing design, enhancing presentation and communication materials.
