About the role 

•    This role is located in an international environment with colleagues and partners across multiple time zones.
•    You can work independently and to get in touch with partners on different hierarchical levels of the organization.
•    Succeeding as a team: We collaborate in an honest, friendly, and respectful way. We have fun and celebrate our success together.

What you will do 

•    You take care of the IT user satisfaction survey
•    You ensure that IT Web Based Trainings for Users are kept up to date 
•    You assist in various IT Service Management tasks (create documents, templates, process descriptions and reports in English)
•    You are taking over several project tasks
•    You help in creating IT Service Management reports

What you’ll need to succeed 

•    Enrolled student who is interested in the topics of organization, project work and process management
•    You like dealing with IT topics and want to enter the field of IT Service Management
•    Good knowledge in MS Office tools
•    Good German (B2) and strong English (C1) skills in written and verbal communication
•    Available for at least 10 hours per week
