Tasks

• Support in the organization and execution of facility management tasks on-site in Munich

• Participation in projects to optimize workflows

• Communication with external service providers and internal departments

• Coordination and supervision of external service providers on-site

• Ordering of materials and consumables

• Sorting and dispatching incoming and outgoing mail

• First point of contact for on-site requests, meetings, or events

Profile

• Enrolled student (m/f/d)

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Skilled in manual tasks and solution-oriented

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills

• Independent and structured working style

• Excellent German and good English skills
