About this role
Are you passionate about people and eager to gain hands-on experience in attracting and developing talents? We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our team in attracting top talent and fostering employee growth. In this position, you will gain insights into recruitment activities while also contributing to learning and development initiatives.
This is your new role
- Assist in recruitment activities regarding young talents, including posting job ads, screening resumes and conducting interviews
- Occasionally take part in events (career fair, networking events)
- Assist in daily business activities, e.g. communication with candidates, research, creating templates and documents
- Contribute and help to automate, maintain and standardize our processes
- Help employees with their search for suitable training providers
- Plan, organize and follow-up of internal and external training courses
- Support in determining training needs within the company
- Creation of Purchase Oder (PO) Numbers and of training courses in the system
- Assist in the conception and creation of the company's internal training catalog
This is you
- Enrolled Bachelor/Master student in human resources management, business psychology/ pedagogy, social sciences, business administration ideally with a focus on Human Resources or similar
- Ideally first relevant experience or in various administrative activities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
- Enthusiasm and interest in HR relevant tasks
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexibility and good organizational skills
- Hands on mentality, willingness to take ownership
- Enjoy working with different cultures
Conditions
- Temporary contract
- Weekly working hours: max. 18 hours / week
- 18,40 per hour
