Oberkochen: Working Student or Internship as Strategic Leadership Support (f/m/x)

Your Role

We are seeking a passionate and talented student who want to help shape a department that works on developing next-generation product for ZEISS. Integrated in a team of scientists and research engineers, you will work directly with the head of the department to establish leadership & management methods. Your tasks will involve researching & evaluating leadership methods, developing & managing processes for the department, preparing presentations & documents, and planning events such as workshops.

Your Profile

• You’re enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field such as psychology, economics, management or similar

• You are interested in shaping the way of working for a research department

• You are able to understand, summarize & present scientific publications from different fields such as organizational psychology or economics

• You have a talent for structuring & presenting complex information

• You have a keen eye for creating appealing presentations & documents

• Ideally, you want to continue as a Working Student for at least a year

• You can work with us onsite in Oberkochen in a mix of remote and onsite days

• Good communication skills in English and German

• You are willing to learn and explore with a high degree of initiative and creativity
