Augsburg: Working Student Information Security (m/f/d)

We - MT Management Service with locations in Augsburg and Peißenberg - are part of the space and technology group OHB. The Human Resources, Finance, Controlling and IT departments converge centrally under our roof. With around 80 employees, we create greater transparency, ensure optimum coordination and make significant contributions to process optimization at the companies we serve, MT Aerospace and Aerotech Peißenberg.

Your Tasks

• You will support the introduction of an information security management system (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001
• You will work on the creation, revision and maintenance of security-relevant documentation (e.g. guidelines, directives, procedural instructions, processes)
• You provide support with risk analyses and tracking measures
• You carry out research on normative requirements and best practices
• You support the preparation of internal audits and external certification
• You work closely with IT, Compliance, HR and other specialist departments etc.

Your Qualifications

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in computer science, business informatics, IT security, business administration with a focus on IT/compliance or comparable degree programmes
• Interest in information security, data protection and/or IT compliance
• Initial knowledge of ISO 27001, IT baseline protection or risk management is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, possibly Visio)
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working
• Very good knowledge of German (at least B2), good knowledge of English
