Join our Global Responsible & Purpose Marketing team at Mars, where you will play a vital role in promoting responsible practices that align with the Mars Marketing Code. As a Working Student on our team, you will work closely with the Global Responsible Marketing Director and gain hands-on experience in supporting marketing approaches across our Snacking, Food & Nutrition, and Petcare brands. What are we looking for?

• Current student (Master’s student, or Bachelor’s student in 4th semester or higher) in business administration, media/marketing, communications, or a related field
• Interest in responsible marketing and governance
• Ability to work independently and in a structured way
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in written and spoken English (C1 level+)
• Good MS Office knowledge, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of AI tools is a plus.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Support the internal deployment of the Mars Marketing Code across the Mars Marketing community, e.g. by creating training materials and guidelines, and working with a group of Responsible Marketing Ambassadors around the world.
• Support governance of the Mars Marketing Code, e.g. by analysing audit data and advising Marketing teams on how to bring the Marketing Code to life.
• Conduct research to support the global Responsible Marketing strategy and present findings
