About the Role
As an Intern in Compensation, Benefits & HR Strategy, you will support the team in shaping and implementing key HR initiatives. Your focus will be on supporting compensation benchmarking, benefits analysis, and strategic HR projects. You will also contribute to the development of training materials, research for decision-making, and the documentation of HR processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international HR environment and to contribute to the rollout of our new HR system.
Your Responsibilities
Support the implementation and optimization of our HR system (Workday), especially in the areas of Compensation & Benefits
Assist in the development and maintenance of compensation structures and benefits programs
Conduct market research and benchmarking for compensation and benefits trends
Provide administrative and technical support for our Learning Management System (LMS)
Coordinate with internal trainers and external providers to plan and manage training sessions
Maintain and update HR content on our SharePoint and internal communication channels
Manage the Learning & People Development inbox and respond to employee inquiries
Your Profile
Enrolled in university studies, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people
Self-organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
Paid internship
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in HR strategy, compensation frameworks, and employee benefits
Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms
Familiarity with training design and learning methodologies
First experience in HR, People Development, or Compensation & Benefits is a plus
