Düsseldorf: Internship Innovation Lab Safety Global 5S System

About this Position As part of our safety initiative in Henkel Adhesive Technologies, we are driving the set up and roll out of an aligned 5S methodology to our innovation labs around the globe.
What youll do

• Investigation of approaches to the 5S methodology, as they are utilized in several R&D lab sites around the world
• Preparation of an overview and comparison of these 5S activities
• Proposal creation for a globally aligned and unified 5S in all labs within Henkel Adhesive Technologies
• Outlining of a digital platform on which 5S walkaround results and tasks can be stored
• Deployment of a visualization for 5S results and benchmarks

What makes you a good fit

• Student in Engineering, Science, Mathematics or IT
• Data-driven and structured personality, used to handle large data sets and to use tools for their visualization, e.g. Power BI
• Fluent in English language, German language is beneficial
• Highly committed and used to analytical and conceptual thinking
• Active team player, who enjoys remotely connecting with stakeholders across different countries and regions
• The target starting date is September 2025 and the internship duration is 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
