Your responsibilities

• Technisch ausgerichtetes Studium (Maschinenbau, Werkstofftechnik, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbar)
• Idealerweise verfügen Sie über erste Erfahrungen in der Durchführung von Laborversuchen
• Hohe Motivation sich in neue Aufgabenbereiche einzuarbeiten
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohes Maß an technischem Verständnis
• Kommunikationsstärke, Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Teamplayer

Your profile

• Erstinbetriebnahme und Validierung einer neu entwickelten Prüfvorrichtung zur Ermittlung des Abriebverhaltens von beschichtetem Stahlfeinblech
• Durchführung einer Funktionsprüfung sowie einer Messmittelfähigkeitsanalyse (MSA) zur Bewertung der Wiederhol- und Reproduzierbarkeit
• Bemusterung der Prüfvorrichtung durch den Vergleich mit Referenzmustern
• Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen, um die Vorrichtung bestmöglich in den betrieblichen Ablauf zu integrieren
• Analyse der Anforderungen an die Softwareintegration, insbesondere hinsichtlich Prüfsoftware, Visualisierung und Datenaufzeichnung
