München: Intern (f/m/d) - System Function Modeling

Join our central architecture modeling team and gain hands-on experience in developing models for next-generation automotive devices, including high-end MCUs and MPUs.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate SystemC AT/LT and C/C++ models for IP blocks

• Testing of functional models with SW metrics being applied

• Integrate models into SoC-level simulations

• Create traffic loads for performance and architectural analysis

• Port and develop sample code for bring up

Your Profile

• Enrolled in a technical degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering)

• Proficient in C/C++ and scripting languages

• Familiar with SystemC (2.3x), TLM2.0, IPXACT

• Knowledge of ARM Cortex or RISC-V architectures
