We are looking for a Working Student Compensation & Benefits / Global Mobility. As a Working Student you are supporting us in a fast-paced and growing business environment.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Within our Corporate HR team, you will be providing all-round project support for our Global Compensation, Benefits and Global Mobility department
• Doing research on compensation, benefits and mobility topics
• Providing assistance in daily operations of our Global Mobility program
• Support job grading, benchmarking, and data analysis tasks
• Managing research projects and preparing visual aides for our Top Executives
• Gain insight in a global HR organization as part of a global competence center and work closely together with other teams as such as regional / global HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, Finance

Show your expertise

• You are enrolled as a master / bachelor student in the field of (Business) Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Administration or comparable study
• Having practical knowledge of compensation and benefits and/or global mobility is a plus
• Fluency in English is required (good written and spoken German is a plus)
• Solid knowledge of MS-Office (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Detail oriented – you are comfortable working with numbers and you have good analytic skills
