About this Position
What youll do
- Support the Global Total Rewards team in managing the annual incentives and compensation cycles
- Conduct benchmarking and market research on compensation and incentive practices
- Develop engaging communication about our incentives and cycles
- Support in the preparation of diverse projects in collaboration with other Global HR areas
- Assist in regular reporting to ensure high data quality
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, HR or related field
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Interest in HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
- Ability to interpret and analyze compensation data
- Passion for HR and rewards topics
- Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking and a passion for continuous improvement
- Availability as of November 2025 for ideally 6 months to gain valuable hands-on experience

We offer you an attractive salary between 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
