Responsibilities:

• Monitor logistics operations and proactively identify and follow up on anomalies.
• Produce logistics issue analysis reports and provide improvement suggestions.
• Assist in handling claims related to carriers or service providers.
• Assist with financial closing procedures.
• Assist in communicating with KOL and journalists to ensure product dispatch and return
• Assist with distribution tasks involving parcel packing, unpacking and allocation.

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable and detail-oriented approach to handling goods
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Basic computer skills; Familiarity with logistics operations and regulations in Europe is a plus.
• Chinese to native standard and fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
