Your responsibilities

Als Teil unseres HR-Operations-Teams unterstützt du uns sowohl im operativen Tagesgeschäft als auch bei der Automatisierung und Digitalisierung unserer HR-Prozesse
Dabei trägst du unter anderem Tarifverträge sowie (Gesamt-)Betriebsvereinbarungen aller Gesellschaften zusammen
Außerdem unterstützt du bei administrativen HR-Aufgaben wie der Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen, der Bearbeitung von Vertragsänderungen, der Abwicklung von Austritten und der Pflege der digitalen Personalakten in SAP
Du sammelst wertvolle Einblicke in verschiedene Tarifgebiete des Verdi-Tarifvertrags für den Groß- und Außenhandel und lernst das HR-Geschäft von Grund auf kennen

Your profile

Du studierst einen wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen oder ähnlichen Studiengang, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Human Resources Management
Du bringst ein großes Interesse an HR-Themen sowie an der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von HR-Prozessen mit
Mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen, besonders Excel, kennst du dich gut aus
Du überzeugst mit deiner Diskretion, Sorgfalt sowie mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative und Zuverlässigkeit
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab

Als Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) bieten wir Dir die Möglichkeit, Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich zu sammeln und im Konzern ein berufliches Netzwerk aufzubauen. Der Zeitraum beläuft sich auf 24 Monate, wobei die Arbeitszeit 20 Stunden pro Woche beträgt (Möglichkeit auf Vollzeit 38,5 h/Woche während der Semesterferien) und nach Abstimmung auch individuell gestaltet werden kann (beispielsweise in Klausurphasen).

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Step 2

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
