About this Position
What youll do
- Support the preparation of content and master material for upcoming product launches and relaunches in Beauty Care as well as Laundry Homecare for consumer services of all EU markets
- Participate in cross-functional meetings, develop consumer relevant questions and align the answers with various stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, R&D, Legal, Issue Management)
- Actively contribute to the implementation of the master information assets into a knowledge base for different communication channels
- Establish and maintain a glossary as well as developing training material
- Responsibility for the translations of Q&As (brand and HCB projects) as well as textblocks of most common consumer complaints and responses
- Steer the data entry harmonization including categorizing consumer feedback for the most relevant complaints on the CRM platform
- Gain a broad overview of consumer service and the broader scope of EU Marketing with wide array of stakeholders such as global/regional/local marketing, R&D, Legal, Issue Management, consumer service agents and technical/digital experts
- Master's student in (international) business, marketing or communication science
- Practical experience in the field of marketing, consumer service or public relations, through previous internships in the FMCG industry or in an agency
- Fluent language skills in English
- Confidence in dealing with common MS Office applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Keen interest in marketing innovation, strategic thinking, process improvement and trends in the field of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods
- Affinity for writing combined with creativity and a sense for good texts and speech
- Appreciation for working in an international team, that is characterized by reliability and have a high level of entrepreneurial spirit & networking skills
- Show a passion for constant changes and describe yourself as open-minded, communicative, well organized

We offer you an attractive salary between 1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
