BorgWarner Europe GmbH is the European holding entity of BorgWarner, providing shared services to BorgWarner locations across Europe. To support our European M&A / Strategy department in Heidelberg, we are looking for a:
Working Student (m/f/d)
M&A / Strategic Planning
20 hours/week
4-6 months

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in mergers and acquisitions transactions, especially in financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence of potential targets and joint ventures
• Perform financial and strategic business analysis, valuations, and industry research
• Support the preparation of presentations for top management
• Contribute to various strategic projects and presentations

Qualifications and Required Skills

• Enrolled in a degree program in business administration, economics, or a related field
• Previous work experience (internship or working student) in investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance advisory would be an advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team and under pressure
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Strong skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
