Düsseldorf: Internship Data & Digital Process Support

About this Position We are seeking a motivated intern to support key initiatives in data management and digital process optimization. This role offers hands-on experience in building structured data assets, enhancing digital tools, and contributing to process improvements that drive efficiency and innovation.
What youll do

• Maintain and update product and company datasets, enrich missing information and organize technical documentation
• Support requirement gathering and contribute to workflow design
• Assist in testing and feedback collection for new digital tools
• Help improve knowledge-sharing and compliance systems
• Identify additional data sources and support data migration from legacy sources
• Explore methods to structure unstructured technical documents and assist in AI-based data extraction initiatives

What makes you a good fit

• Student who has successfully passed first semesters in business administration, data science, engineering or related fields
• Fluent English language skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, experience with data visualization, DevOps or AI tools is a plus
• Interest in digital tools, data management and process optimization
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn
• Availability as of January for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
