Your responsibilities

• Abschlussarbeit zum Thema Tribologische Untersuchungen an Federgabeln und deren Komponenten
• Sichten, Analysieren und Auswerten von vorhanden Messdaten / FE-Simulationen
• Optimieren der Reibpartner in Bezug auf Form-/Lagetoleranzen, Materialpaarung und Schmierstoffe
• Validierung der Ergebnisse auf mittels Prüfstands Messungen und im Fahrversuch

Im Rahmen Deiner Abschlussarbeit erwartet Dich auch folgende Tätigkeiten:

• Mithilfe bei Montage und Demontage von regelbaren Schwingungsdämpfern in Entwicklungsprojekten.
• Du unterstützt bei der Erprobung von Stoßdämpfern und deren Komponenten
• Vorbereitung, Betreuung und teils eigenstände Durchführung von Versuchen
• Applikation von Messtechnik und Durchführung von Messungen
• Dokumentation und Bewertung von Messergebnissen.
• Mitwirkung bei der Bauteil- und Fehleranalyse.

Du unterstützt bei der Prototypenlogistik und der Verwaltung der Prüfteilelagerung.

Your profile

• Du studierst Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
• Du bist interessiert an komplexen Aufgabenstellungen.
• Du bringst Begeisterung für die Entwicklung innovativer Produkte im Bereich Mountainbike-Technologien mit.
• Du besitzt Kenntnisse von Fahrwerkkomponenten.
• Du arbeitest gerne selbständig oder im Team, bist leistungsorientiert, qualitätsbewusst, verbindlich und zuverlässig.
• Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, bist belastbar und hast handwerkliches Geschick.
• Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Schulausbildung.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
