Your responsibilities

• Teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktionskollegen zur Verbesserung des Umweltschutzes, Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Produktionsqualität
• Einblick in die Themenfelder Wärmebehandlung, Messen, Prüfen, Oberflächentechnik, Montage
• Sie analysieren Instandhaltungsdaten im SAP System und leiten konkrete Maßnahmen ab
• Sie erhalten Einblicke in die Instandhaltung, Planung und Umsetzung von Strategien und Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung und Verbesserung der Verfügbarkeit unserer Produktionsanlagen
• Sie unterstützen die Ingenieure bei der Planung von Projekten und Fehler-Analysen, sowie Anlagenoptimierungen 

Your profile

• Sie studieren erfolgreich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Produktionsmanagement oder vergleichbare Fachrichtungen
• Sie lernen schnell und arbeiten sich gerne in neue Sachverhalte ein
• Analytisches Denken, Planungs- und Organisationstalent sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus
• Sie weisen Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und sicheres Auftreten auf
• Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Motivationsfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
• Gute Softwarekenntnisse (MS Office, MS Project, SAP) runden Ihr Profil ab
• Erhöhtes Interesse an unseren Produktionsprozessen: Feuerbeschichtung, Walzen, Glühen uvm.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
