Job Description:
Your responsibilities
- Supporting our HR Operations team and taking on operational, organizational, and administrative tasks in the HR department.
- You are not afraid of administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and archiving.
- You are passionate about fast and transparent processes and will provide support in document management, personnel administration, and the creation and maintenance of statistics, audits, and other evaluations.
- You go through the world with your eyes open, recognize tasks when they need to be done, and look forward to tackling them independently.
- Our range of tasks is very diverse: trying things out and discovering your own potential are very welcome.
Your skills
- Ideally, you are studying human resource management, business administration, finance/FACT, or a comparable field.
- Initial experience in the above-mentioned fields
- Good and experienced MS Office skills (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word)
- Experience in working with IT and a structured and independent approach to work
- Experience in accounting/finance is an advantage
- You plan to study for at least three more semesters
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Very important: a positive attitude, quick comprehension, high motivation, and enthusiasm for new things—in line with our corporate values
