Audiovisual Technology Lab in Huawei Munich Research Center is developing innovative technologies in the field of acquisition, encoding and decoding, processing and presentation for the media field, including audio, video, image and graphics. You will contribute to these activities being inserted into an international and experienced team of researchers.

Intern - Anthropometric Data Extraction From Images (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Develop algorithms to extract anthropometric data, specifically head and ear parameters, from a series of images of a human subject.
• Design and implement a validation strategy to assess the accuracy and robustness of the extraction methods.

Your areas of expertise

• Major in image processing, computer vision, 3D modeling, or related areas.
• Practical experience in developing machine learning algorithms.
• Independent and well-structured working style with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
