For our Production and Process Optimization division, we are seeking support for current projects related to manufacturing technology, site development, lean management, and data-driven production improvements.

Your tasks:

• Support for projects aimed at optimizing production processes, material flows, and manufacturing operations
• Creation of layouts, CAD models, and visualizations, for example for production areas or equipment
• Analysis and processing of production data in Excel, such as lead times, capacities, or process metrics
• Participation in Lean and Kaizen initiatives, as well as in the implementation of specific improvement measures
• Support for the implementation and evaluation of new production technologies at the site
• Conducting and documenting tests, prototype builds, or technical analyses in a production environment
• Taking on smaller work packages or subprojects as part of production optimization efforts

Your profile:

• A degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
• Interest in production, manufacturing technology, process optimization, and data-driven work
• A structured, meticulous, and independent approach to work
• Technical aptitude, initiative, and a willingness to take responsibility for one's own tasks
• Proficiency in Excel; basic experience with CAD, SAP, Power BI, or VBA is a plus
