Established in 2002, ib vogt GmbH is specialized in the Development, Design and Engineering, Financing, EPC and Operation of solar power and provides turnkey solar power plant solutions to investors internationally.
As a manufacturer-independent integrated developer, the company focuses on tailor-made solar power plant solutions that maximize lifecycle performance and returns.
Since 2009, ib vogt has commissioned plants with a capacity of almost 2 Gigawatt. We employ over 840 specialists, in all areas of the solar power plant value chain in over 40 countries. The company operates internationally from offices in Spain Germany, Italy, Netherlands, France, Poland, USA, Australia, United Kingdom, Panama, India and South East Asia.
Job Description
In search for an innovative and well organised person who enjoys working in a fast paced international environment. The candidate is to provide timely, efficient support service for the internal "Employee Resource Group". Contributing to the effectiveness and success of the team who can provide a strong range of administrative duties so the rest of the team can focus on their main roles.
- Booking, coordinating and preparing agendas, notes and minutes for meetings
- Organising events and in-house meetings for the team
- Preparing and disseminating documents, guidance notes and staff information as required
- Continual updating of the internal intranet Hub-Page
- Undertaking ad hoc administrative tasks, such as ordering or assisting with documents
- Supporting role with surveys
- Acting as the first point of contact to the team
- Continually looking for opportunities to develop and improve systems and procedures to maximise efficiency
- Supporting in DE&I and well-being topics
- Advantageous but not essential. Familiar with Well-being and HR topics
Qualifications
- You are a team player and confident in juggling several demands from different people.
- Strong communication skills in German and English. Another language is advantageous
- Experience of providing administrative assistance in at least one organisation
- Ability to research, gather, analyse, collate and present information as required
- Proficient computer skills with strong experience of office software packages (ie. Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to use own initiative with minimal supervision
- Out-of-the-box thinking designer, in print and digital elements
